I am fundraising for..

I’m taking on the challenge of riding to Cooktown for one simple reason: to make a real difference in the lives of people in our community. Heart disease touches so many of us—whether it’s a family member, a friend, or even ourselves. By supporting this ride, we’re helping fund vital cardiac services that save lives right here in Far North Queensland.

Heart disease unfortunately effects my immediate family and a Cardiac arrest in 2019 impacted my Dad, who is thankfully still here to share his life with us.  Seeing the help my dad received showed me how critical cardiac services are in saving lives! 

Every kilometre I pedal is a step closer to better care, more advanced equipment, and improved outcomes for those who need it most. It’s not just a bike ride; it’s a way to give back to the community, inspire others, and show that together, we can achieve something incredible.
