I am fundraising for..

I’m taking on the Cardiac Challenge ride to Cooktown again this year, supporting the Cairns Hospital Foundation and the cardiac services that help so many people in our region.

The Foundation funds equipment, supports cardiac care programs, and helps improve services for patients and families right here in Far North Queensland. The Cardiac Challenge is one of their biggest fundraisers every rider helps strengthen the care our community relies on.

This ride has always meant a lot to me, and these years it always means a little more because Luke was a big supporter of the challenge in the years he supported the cause by doing the ride.

Luke swore that he would do this ride every year he could, after he passed I said I would be apart of the ride for him. Although to due an injury I may not be able to ride the whole thing I will ride as much as I physically can. Even if I can not be able ride some of it I will there supporting our team that is doing the hard work.
