We are raising funds to purchase new bedside ultrasound equipment for the Sub‑Acute Care Unit on Oregon Street. This unit operates as an external ward of Cairns Hospital, providing essential care for older people and patients undergoing rehabilitation.
This upgraded technology will enable clinicians to perform quick, comfortable, and accurate assessments right at the bedside—reducing delays, improving patient comfort, and supporting faster, better‑informed clinical decisions.
