Is my raffle ticket purchase tax deductible?
No, raffle ticket purchases are not tax deductible because you’re receiving an entry into a draw. If you make an additional donation without receiving a ticket in return, that donation may be tax deductible.
Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
Raffle tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Do I need to be present at the draw to win?
No, you don’t need to be present at the draw. Winners will be contacted by phone and email, and their names will be published in the Cairns Post Public Notices.
